Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A FP&A
About The Position
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A FP&A, you’ll be part of our Investment, Returns, and Cost Management FP&A Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to support financial reporting and provide analytical support and insights to Brand, Marketing, and Functional leaders. You will collaborate with the Controllership team to help ensure accurate accounting and reporting. You will prepare and analyze monthly close results, including variance explanations and trend analysis. You will also assist in the preparation of quarterly customer forecasts and annual operating plans. You will contribute content and insights for monthly and quarterly business review processes. You will perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required to support other areas of the business. You will participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives and business transformation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of relevant financial experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion a plus).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- High business acumen and a collaborative approach with functional business partners.
