About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst, HR is responsible for the independent development
and review of business planning and budgeting and forecasting, financial
reporting, and analysis to support and drive HR projects and objectives. This
position is responsible for account reconciliations, tracking domestic group
medical insurance and medical expenses, and creating the fiscal year Financial
Planning and Latest Estimate updates for bonuses, payroll tax rates, deferred
compensation, 401k match, and vacation including the development and support of
internal control policies and procedures.
