About The Position

Seeking a senior-level PM to lead strategic, transformation, and agentic AI initiatives for a corporate Finance organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage timelines, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management with a proven delivery record.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of Finance/Accounting experience (High-tech industry preferred).
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications.
• Experience driving large-scale organizational changes and process redesigns.
