About The Position

As a Financial Analyst IV, you will play a crucial role within the Product FP&A Team, supporting the Email Business Unit. You will be responsible for solving complex business problems spanning a wide range of cross-functional business activities, including deep analytics and business recommendations. You will be embedded in the business as a strategic collaborator and trusted advisor to Product leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to influence, develop, and grow your role within Sinch while reporting directly to the Director of Product FP&A. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a financial business partner role directly supporting a Product organization, preferably a SaaS or subscription business.
  • Experience with infrastructure forecasting and associated unit economics
  • Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.
  • Strong “customer service” focus and ability to create value for stakeholders.
  • Humble, personable, and a collaborative team player. Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Looker, NetSuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the two email P&Ls. Act as a strategic advisor to Product leaders, offering guidance on resource allocation, investments, cost management, and financial risks.
  • Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes. Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers.
  • Act as a valued business partner to the Email Product team by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate cross functionally (in a global setting) to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting automation, and data infrastructure to increase the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A operations.
