Emerald Technologies is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to join its Salem, NH team as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role drives business performance through insightful financial analysis, decision support, and close collaboration across manufacturing operations and multiple P&Ls. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience
  • Extensive experience supporting manufacturing operations required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple P&Ls, business units, or sites in a matrixed environment
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with ERP systems, with strong communication and business partnering capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic financial partner to senior leadership, delivering data-driven insights that influence business decisions
  • Partner with site Controllers and Finance to support multiple P&Ls and/or manufacturing sites through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Provide decision support through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development
  • Analyze manufacturing performance (labor, material, and overhead) to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve cost structure and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial processes, visibility, and overall business performance
  • Support adherence to financial controls, policies, and governance standards in partnership with Controllers and Finance
