About The Position

Under the direction of the Director – Finance, FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A supports Kitchen & Bath Americas FP&A reporting and analytics with focus on HR-related financial insights, monthly reporting, and forecasting excellence, and strong Balance Sheet controls. This role connects headcount, labor cost, productivity, and workforce drivers to the broader enterprise financial view to strengthen planning, reporting, and decision-making. The Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A also helps ensure accurate reporting and forecast data and drives clear insights that support labor and capital efficiency, cost governance, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, workforce analytics, business analysis, or related analytical function.
  • Experience with financial reporting, labor cost analysis, headcount reporting, workforce analytics, balance sheet accounting, and/or enterprise FP&A processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, data accuracy, and effective business partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR-related financial and workforce analytics, including headcount, labor cost, productivity, and labor efficiency.
  • Support monthly FP&A reporting and forecasting, variance analysis, and leadership-ready insights.
  • Integrate HR and workforce drivers into the enterprise financial view.
  • Maintain reporting for labor cost, workforce productivity, headcount controls, and related trends.
  • Summarize key cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and business implications for leadership.
  • Support controls and governance over headcount and labor cost reporting.
  • Validate workforce data with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify labor optimization opportunities through cost, productivity, and workforce mix analysis.
  • Improve workforce reporting processes, data quality, and reporting discipline.
  • Prepare analysis and insights to support FP&A leadership decision-making.
  • Review and drive follow up related to Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain process discipline around recurring reporting, data validation, and issue resolution including preparation for audit processes.
