This job is responsible for capital reporting and analytics, including calculating risk-weighted assets, measuring and monitoring Global Systematically Important Bank (G-SIB) scores, developing reports for Lines of Business (LOB) stakeholders, and implementing new models. Key responsibilities may also include developing LOB capital forecasts and producing peer analytics and impact assessments for new transactions, products and proposed rule changes. Line of Business Specific Job Description: The Senior Financial Analyst – Technology & Data Strategy supports Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) in driving critical data and technology initiatives to ensure regulatory rule compliance and enable effective capital management and executive decision-making. This is a critical role for the organization, as technology and data are key areas of focus in ECM, and across the CFO organization. The analyst will work closely with ECM leadership, ECM Technology, CFO Data Management (CFO DM) and Change Management partners to ensure successful delivery of data and technology solutions. Core responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of ECM’s data issues, performing in-depth analysis to produce data-driven insights that drive strategic decisioning, and remaining accountable for a significant set of key deliverables prepared for senior management, including executive reviews, governance forums, and regulatory‑facing materials. The role requires strong ownership of data issues, structured program execution, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level reporting.
