About The Position

The Sr Fielding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating pre-fielding inventories, conducting pre-fielding performance testing of radar systems, and managing hand-off procedures for systems to be added to unit property books. This role involves developing and executing training for fielding teams and PdM Radars product lines, as well as preparing and delivering Army material briefings to senior leaders. The coordinator will interface with various stakeholders, including OEMs, HQDA, FORSCOM, TCM, PdM Radars, and other Army organizations, to ensure adherence to fielding schedules. Additionally, the position requires developing and facilitating New Material Introductory Briefs (NMIB) to gaining units and serving as the on-site liaison to resolve concerns with all involved parties.

Requirements

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of Fielding Coordination experience is required.
  • CompTIA Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma
  • Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree

  • Experience coordinating pre-fielding inventories of all system end items to include Component of End Item (COEI), Additional Authorization List (AAL), and BII.
  • Ability to coordinate and conduct pre-fielding performance testing of radar systems prior to hand-off to unit.
  • Experience coordinating and conducting hand-off procedures for systems to be added to the gaining units' property book via Global Combat Support System-Army GCCS-A through the Brigade (BDE) Property Book Officer (PBO).
  • Ability to develop and execute developmental and proficiency training for fielding team personnel and all PdM Radars product lines.
  • Experience developing and conducting Army material briefing's to senior leaders.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all product line stakeholders to include the OEM, HQDA, FORSCOM, TCM, PdM Radars and Army organizations.
  • Experience coordinating assets and resources to ensure adherence to fielding schedules.
  • Experience developing and facilitate New Material Introductory Briefs (NMIB) to gaining units, prior to materiel fieldings.
  • Experience as the on-site liaison and single point of contact for PdM to address and resolve all concerns with all parties involved.
