Visit www.usadebusk.com for more information. Summary/Objective: Experienced technician capable of independently performing most pipeline integrity tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of pipeline integrity, pigging, or related midstream field experience
  • Proficiency in conducting basic pig tracking using transmitters, geophones, receivers, and maintaining real-time tracking logs
  • Strong understanding of how product type, pressure, and operating conditions affect pig behavior
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for abnormal pipeline or pigging behaviors
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for each project, including immediate deployment, and perform work at industrial facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Field operating certifications (E.g., forklift), OSHA Basic (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to independently perform rig-up and rig-down of pigging, separation, flare, and support equipment
  • Competency in executing pigging operations, including pig launch, receive, washing, inspection, and rebuilding
  • Ability to recognize and respond to abnormal pigging signals such as stalled, slow-moving, or stuck pigs
