About The Position

Rivian is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to serve as a technical expert and leader supporting complex vehicle repairs and field operations. The role calls for an adaptable, team-oriented leader who can drive continuous improvement, mentor junior team members, and solve complex diagnostic problems in a fast-paced environment. The technician performs advanced vehicle diagnostics, repairs, installations, and inspections in service centers and field settings; provides remote troubleshooting and diagnostic guidance; supports and mentors other technicians; and helps standardize repair quality and processes. The role also includes complex parts operations, technical documentation and root-cause analysis, and professional engagement with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
