Responsibilities
- Achieves successful on-site servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix administrative difficulties relating to delivery of service
- Train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment
- Deliver and participate in training sessions for fellow technicians
- Work with sales and local management to help deliver accurate quotes to customers
- Assist in the management of service contracts for key accounts
