Sr Field Service Supervisor
About The Position
As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate our Field Service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery to our customers. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, supporting technicians, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service management. You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Ottawa, Ontario location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our field service operations, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Requirements
- Experience in a Field Service role.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of service delivery processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations effectively.
- Skills in supporting and guiding technical teams.
