Sr Field Service Fire Technician - Raleigh, NC
About The Position
As a Sr Field Service Fire Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell fire alarm and life safety systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and commissioning, and provide technical guidance to customers and junior technicians. Your expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction, system reliability, and compliance with applicable fire and life safety codes. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule, performing fire alarm inspections, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and service activities at customer locations throughout the area. In this role, you will impact customer safety, satisfaction, and operational efficiency by providing high-quality technical service and support while ensuring fire alarm and life safety systems operate reliably and meet applicable codes and standards. Requirements
