Fire Sprinkler Foreman - Raleigh, NC
About The Position
Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman for its Raleigh branch. This role is responsible for the installation of fire sprinklers with the assistance of apprentices and fitters on job sites, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget. The Foreman will also develop strong relationships with General Contractors to exceed expectations and ensure quality, timely installation. The position requires attending monthly safety meetings and working outdoors in various weather conditions for long hours. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds, and climbing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman
- Knowledge and experience installing fire sprinklers, reading blueprints, putting systems on test, etc.
- Must be able to supervise the overall installation process as well as supervision of Fitters and Apprentices
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to wear proper protective equipment as required on all job sites.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and pre-employment background check screening including 10 years of employment verification.

Responsibilities

- Attending monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
- Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months.
