About The Position

Seeking an experienced Sr. Field Calibration Technician to support environmental monitoring systems throughout Southern California. This role involves performing onsite calibration of various environmental monitoring sensors and systems, supporting regulated environments, completing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and traveling to customer sites within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Calibration Technician, Field Service Technician, HVAC Technician, Instrumentation Technician, EMS Technician, or related technical role preferred
  • Experience with environmental monitoring systems, calibration equipment, sensors, controls, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally/regional as needed
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite calibration of environmental monitoring sensors and systems
  • Calibrate temperature, humidity, CO₂, pressure, airflow, and monitoring devices
  • Support regulated environments including laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmacies, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilities
  • Complete calibration documentation and service reports
  • Utilize NIST-traceable calibration equipment and procedures
  • Troubleshoot sensor and monitoring system issues
  • Support customers during onsite service visits
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, GxP, FDA, ISO, and regulatory standards
  • Travel to customer sites within assigned territory
