Requirements

Active Kentucky Bar license in good standing.
Three or more years of Family Law experience.
Proven ability to independently manage a busy caseload from intake through resolution.
Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high-volume Family Law practice preferred.
Experience handling or assisting with high-asset family law cases preferred.
Criminal law experience is a plus, as the practice includes a limited number of criminal matters.

Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and related domestic relations cases.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, motion practice, and other court proceedings.
Build trusted client relationships by providing strategic legal guidance and consistent communication throughout the legal process.
Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings and motions, and develop effective case strategies.
Partner with an experienced Family Law Partner on complex, high-asset divorce and custody matters.
