Requirements

• Supervision experience
• Experience in facilities planning, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Experience with stores functions
• Familiarity with Building Automation systems
• Experience with facilities control systems and processes
• Ability to provide guidance to direct reports
• Experience managing teams to meet customer needs (delivery, inventory, cost, quality)
• Experience in building team capability
• Experience leading continuous improvements

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance and stores functions within Building Automation.
• Operate within the existing facilities control systems and process.
• Provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives.
• Manage the team to meet the customers’ needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality.
• Build up team capability and lead continuous improvements.
