We are Seeking a Senior Executive Associate/Project Manager to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to provide critical support in executing strategic initiatives and managing projects at the Minnesota enterprise and integration of five business lines. The position requires establishing trusted relationships across the organization to connect information, identify challenges and opportunities, and support business line leadership and teammates in accomplishing goals. The role also involves sharing knowledge and expertise for complex problems, collaborating across functions to address organizational challenges, and providing operational and logistical support during non-traditional business hours as needed. The ideal candidate can navigate within a global organization to impact transformation and standardization within a complex, matrix-managed environment with a growth mindset. Understanding the organizational culture to deliver results within a sales and service culture, while balancing diverse product/service offerings to various customer profiles and risks, is key. The role demands the ability to take a 'big picture' view, evaluate situations quickly, and make confident, logical decisions to achieve business objectives. Experience in proactive development and execution of effective communication strategies is essential, ensuring a seamless flow of information internally and with external partners. The role includes crafting and delivering impactful messages, learning and leveraging enterprise technology tools, developing meeting agendas, preparing presentations, and responding to emails on behalf of leadership. Preparation of complex materials for documentation, compliance, and presentations is also a responsibility. Participation in and/or leading high-stakes meetings, ensuring follow-up, and managing relationships are critical. Scheduling events, coordinating travel, and managing calendars are part of the role. Providing ongoing highlights of core priorities and communication in advance of leadership needs is expected. Exceptional organizational skills are required for efficient implementation of company-wide initiatives. Planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to meet business objectives efficiently is crucial. Collaboration with Minnesota teammates for enterprise scope and engagement in design and delivery is necessary. The role involves initiating and leading the governance and delivery of programs or strategic projects using appropriate project management methodologies. Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans for leadership and community engagement is also a key responsibility. Monitoring and enhancing Minnesota leadership operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving operational excellence are expected. This role is based in Minneapolis, MN.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong project management and logistical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in increasingly support responsibilities for senior management roles, in a corporate or equivalent setting or other fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop meeting agendas, prepare presentations, and respond to emails on behalf of the service and operations leadership team.
  • Prepare a wide variety of often complex materials for the purpose of documenting activities and issues, meeting compliance requirements, providing references, making presentations, and/or providing supporting materials for requested activities.
  • Participate in and/or lead high-stakes meetings, ensure proper follow-up, and effectively manage relationships.
  • Schedule events, coordinate travel, and manage calendars of the PCL as well as the Minnesota master calendar.
  • Provide ongoing highlights of core priorities and communication and/or deliverables in advance of leadership engagement needs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient implementation of company-wide initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Minnesota teammates for enterprise scope and engagement in design and delivery.
  • Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of a program or group of significant enterprise strategic projects, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for leadership touchpoints, Minnesota wide community engagement and projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
  • Monitor and enhance Minnesota leadership operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership and key influencers to drive operational excellence across the organization.
