The Sr. Executive Assistant will act as the primary interface between assigned executive leaders and/or their teams/departments, as well as other departments. This role involves managing communications, scheduling, travel arrangements, financial processing, and supporting board and new hire activities. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, troubleshooting equipment, and serving as a subject matter resource for junior administrative staff. This position requires a high degree of professional independence, confidentiality, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
