About The Position

The Senior Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with internal and external stakeholders. This role is hybrid and will require on-site assistance as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, and staff
  • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent judgment is essential.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
  • Ability to dynamically prioritize and troubleshoot conflicts; anticipates challenges and proactively addresses them
  • Comfortable handling multiple items and competing priorities
  • Ability to complete a high volume of work and with limited direction & oversight
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work well across multiple teams and diverse communities
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and organizations; identify and execute on resolutions
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executive

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or closely related degree, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
  • Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements.
  • Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports.
  • Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
