This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, focusing on designing and managing the CEO's enterprise calendar to align time with strategic priorities, leadership engagement, governance cadence, and external visibility. The position involves balancing internal and external engagements, optimizing CEO presence, supporting Board of Directors and governance, managing external and investor interfaces, and overseeing complex travel and expense management. It also includes coordinating personal and family logistics to ensure executive stability and work-life integration. The Sr Executive Assistant will drive modernization of executive office systems, provide leadership and mentorship to the Executive Assistant team, and ensure seamless operations during high-intensity corporate cycles.
