Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including experience supporting SVP-level leaders within a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex global calendars, executive travel, leadership meetings, and business operations with a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive, with a track record of anticipating needs, solving problems, and driving work forward with minimal direction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, expense management systems (e.g., Concur), and enterprise calendaring tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the SVP, helping maximize leadership effectiveness and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently.
  • Manage a highly dynamic calendar, exercising sound judgment to balance competing priorities and align leadership time to the most impactful business objectives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, executive meetings, presentations, and communications with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Partner across teams and functions to drive communication, coordination, and execution of annual planning activities, special projects, and business initiatives.
  • Anticipate shifting priorities, proactively resolve challenges, and create structure within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, team events, and organizational activities that foster engagement, collaboration, and culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operating rhythms to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant community to share best practices, coordinate priorities, and ensure a seamless experience across leadership teams.
