We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sr. Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events from pre-arrival through on-site coordination. Once a group is confirmed, you’ll serve as the primary on-property liaison, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in Delphi, Sales Force and BEOs creation.
  • Minimum of an associate degree to two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
  • Must have knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
  • Required to have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferable

Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site point of contact for all group events and retreats
  • Coordinate logistics including AV, F&B, wellness programming, and vendor services
  • Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group Resumes
  • Lead weekly planning meetings with operational departments
  • Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Operations to exceed guest expectations
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
