About The Position

Ondaro is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Sr. Events and Campaign Manager to lead integrated go-to-market programs, campaign execution, event strategy, and sales enablement initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, helping drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and market awareness through impactful events, campaigns, and experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, creative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience working with ServiceNow in the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, campaign coordination, event marketing, or GTM program management within a professional services environment
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Business Development organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and demand generation best practices
  • Experience supporting partner marketing or channel initiatives, including experience with ServiceNow partner ecosystem
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person events such as conferences, workshops, and other field marketing-related events
  • Develop event strategies aligned to company goals, pipeline targets, and GTM priorities
  • Manage event logistics including timelines, vendors, sponsorships, budgets, booth activations, travel coordination, shipping of materials, and onsite execution
  • Assist with post-event follow-up including recap summaries, lead handoffs to BDR and Sales, and ROI tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external partners to maximize event impact
  • Think creatively to create memorable experiences for clients, prospects, and partners at events
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns that support awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement
  • Ensure cohesive use of campaign assets across Marketing, Business Development, and Sales
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics
  • Develop repeatable processes and project plans to improve execution and communication across teams
  • Partner with BDRs and Sales teams to support outbound initiatives and event follow-up strategies
  • Assist in developing outreach messaging, sequences, target lists, and campaign coordination
  • Manage shared GTM landing page and support development of AI-enabled tools
  • Project managing materials including presentations, battlecards, campaign briefs, event prep materials, and internal communications related to Marketing and Business Development
