Requirements
- Active Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification REQUIRED
- Previous Epic implementation experience
- Experience supporting Epic build, workflow design, testing, and optimization
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing functionality
- Serve as the primary application expert for HB workflows and configuration
- Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state workflow solutions
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Epic build
- Participate in unit, integrated, and system testing activities
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement system enhancements
- Support release management and change control processes
- Assist with go-live planning, activation readiness, and post-go-live support
- Create and maintain documentation, build records, and testing materials
- Partner with training teams to support end-user adoption and education
- Provide project updates and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
- Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
