About The Position

The Epic Analyst is responsible for planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance, upgrades, configuration, and support for assigned Epic applications. This role requires effective communication and team-building skills, serving as a champion for documentation, build, and testing standards. The analyst will collaborate with departments and end users to align with the Network’s strategic and business needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Relevant IT or healthcare experience using Epic EMR
4 or more years of experience working with Epic (or 2 years in a certified Epic analyst role) for a Senior Epic Analyst
Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire
Ability to provide on-call support for after hours and weekends as needed per department needs
Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude toward application building

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or healthcare related field preferred
Experience in application building, troubleshooting, maintenance, and design strongly preferred

Responsibilities
