About The Position

The Senior Site EHS Manager serves as the primary EHS authority for large, complex manufacturing sites. As a trusted advisor to site leadership, the manager influences operational strategy, capital projects, and organizational change initiatives. It includes budget and vendor management for EHS programs and the responsibility to escalate risks and influence senior leadership decisions. The manager will demonstrate and promote the company’s Core Values in People, Quality, and Growth, and perform other duties as assigned. The work combines office and manufacturing environments, with regular exposure to typical industrial conditions such as noise, dust, temperature extremes, and moving equipment. The role requires walking production floors for extended periods, lifting up to 15 pounds as needed, and travel as required by business needs, typically 10–15%.
