About The Position
SMG is a nationally recognized professional service organization that provides workplace safety consulting, training, staffing, program planning, and implementation. SMG is seeking a local Senior Environmental Advisor in Lebanon, IN. The Environmental Advisor is responsible for coordinating the implementation of environmental compliance programs, permit requirements, corporate environmental policies, standards, procedures, and strategic environmental goals within their assigned region, plant, and project scope.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of environmental experience
- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Environmental Science or a related field is required
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of environmental studies and regulatory compliance
- Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills and initiative
