The Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise business applications, with primary responsibility for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This role partners closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to ensure enterprise applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator serves as the technical lead for ERP administration, system integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, reporting, workflow automation, and user support while providing strategic guidance for future enterprise application initiatives. Measures of success: High availability and reliability of ERP software and enterprise applications. Timely resolution of application issues. Successful implementation of upgrades and enhancements. Improved business processes through ERP optimization. Strong user satisfaction and adoption. Accurate reporting and data integrity. Effective collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
