About The Position

This role is for a Sr. Applications Support Engineer at Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. (CTTI), part of Cardone Enterprises. The position is based on-site at 10X HQ in Aventura, Florida. The individual will be responsible for the daily health of the SaaS stack that runs CTTI, ensuring the productivity of over 300 employees, securing identities, and maintaining Mac compliance. This is a hands-on engineering role with significant authority, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. The role requires on-site presence Monday through Friday, emphasizing in-person collaboration and support for critical systems.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Google Workspace Enterprise administration.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Zoom Enterprise administration.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Zendesk administration.
  • Working experience with Okta (SSO, policies, provisioning).
  • Working experience with JAMF and Apple Business Manager.
  • Working experience with PandaDoc administration.
  • 5+ years administering business SaaS at scale.
  • Fluency in identity and access management (SSO, SAML / OIDC, MFA, provisioning and deprovisioning).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Aventura, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English / Spanish.
  • Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script running in production.
  • Familiarity with PCI, HIPAA, or Zero Trust principles.
  • NetSuite, HubSpot, Aloware, or JotForm administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Google Workspace Enterprise administration, including user administration, security controls, groups, and Drive governance.
  • Zoom Enterprise administration, including licensing, account administration, security, and recording policies.
  • Zendesk administration, including agent and workflow administration, SLA and macro design, and reporting.
  • Okta administration, including SSO policies, app assignments, lifecycle automation, and MFA.
  • JAMF + Apple Business Manager administration, including MDM, compliance, remote commands, and OS rollouts.
  • PandaDoc administration, including template and workflow administration, integrations, and approvals.
  • Ongoing administration across NetSuite, HubSpot, JotForm, and Aloware.
  • Redesigning workflows that slow the business down.
  • Building automations with Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or native APIs.
  • Standardizing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Building dashboards and SaaS usage audits for leadership.
  • Translating ticket metrics, platform analytics, and SaaS spend data into actionable decisions.
  • Writing clear documentation and creating short video walkthroughs.
  • Conducting onboarding sessions and quick training for new hires and departments.
  • Holding vendors accountable through escalations, roadmap requests, and renewals.
  • Supporting the CIO on quarterly reviews, compliance work, and contract evaluations.
