This role involves owning and growing a large, complex MSP account by developing and executing strategic account plans to drive net new revenue. The primary focus is to produce new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within a defined territory or vertical. The individual will develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product lines, lead account and territory planning, and research prospective customers to apply effective business development strategies. This role requires orchestrating cross-functional account strategies, partnering with Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing. The Sr Enterprise Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and aligning ServiceNow solutions to their IT and transformation roadmaps, identifying and engaging the right internal resources at the right stage of the sales cycle to drive deal success, and executing field-based sales activities to build pipeline and progress opportunities.
