We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Engineer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on hands-on technical engineering (80%), serving as the first and final technical escalation point for complex incidents, problems, and requests. You will perform advanced troubleshooting across M365, identity, networking, server, cloud, and endpoint systems. A significant part of the role involves managing identity lifecycle processes, administering Azure AD/Entra, Intune, M365, and Azure resources, and maintaining various operating systems and network systems. Additionally, you will oversee RMM platform operations, cloud and physical network management, endpoint security, printer environments, and backup configurations. The role also includes service delivery responsibilities such as ensuring adherence to ITIL processes, driving continuous improvement, maintaining configuration management, and engaging in operational reviews. A customer-first orientation and availability during major production-impacting events are crucial. The remaining 20% of the role focuses on Teamwork and Growth, including providing technical guidance, mentorship, collaborating with other departments, maintaining communication and documentation, and supporting the onboarding of new team members.
