About The Position

As a Sr. Engineer Program Manager, you are responsible for providing support on support the planning and execution of Sustaining and New product introduction activities working directly with our contract manufacturer of electro-mechanical medical devices. Your role: Facilitate and align multi-site program execution, ensuring cohesive progress and seamless integration across engineering, business, and manufacturing functions. Drive stakeholder collaboration and negotiation on scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation to achieve program objectives and maximize value. Oversee program deliverables, monitor interdependencies, and ensure successful integration with suppliers and contract manufacturers for electromechanical medical device projects. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while managing commercial relationships and subcontractor performance to achieve operational excellence. Cross-functional Collaboration coordinating functions such as R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory and external suppliers Direct complex problem-solving, change management, and policy development to support both sustaining engineering and new product introductions in a regulated medical device environment. Preferably in the electromechanical medical devices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Innovation Management or equivalent.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills using Lean or equivalent root‑cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's in Project Management, Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • Preferably in the electromechanical medical devices.
