About The Position
Lead efforts to prepare and improve production facilities for mass production of lithium-ion polymer batteries. This includes leading the breakdown of equipment, improving equipment for the program, analyzing and reporting OEE, completing production work orders for technology/creating designs, monitoring equipment post-improvement, installing new technology on the production line, and completing daily documentation and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- Two years of experience with equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience installing, modifying, analyzing, repairing, and testing tools and machines.
- Experience overseeing automation equipment setup and adjustment.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues during setup.
