Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide immediate technical support for factory systems, ensuring rapid response to any system incidents or emergencies.
• Design, develop, and maintain SFCS/AP reports using reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
• SFCS/AP new function requirements development and system maintenance for the auxiliary production line to improve production efficiency.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and performance of factory systems.
• Participate in the development of system monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues to ensure smooth operation.
