About The Position

This role involves designing, analyzing, and developing product solutions using established programming languages, tools, and security baselines. The engineer will enhance and maintain development and testing frameworks, prepare and execute comprehensive test plans, and develop automated and manual test scripts. Responsibilities also include conducting reviews, troubleshooting product issues, and documenting technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration. This role is considered complex, requiring in-depth knowledge and experience, solving complex problems with a new perspective using existing solutions, and working independently with minimal guidance. It acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and contributes to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Senior Embedded SW with 10+ yrs of experience.
  • Worked on AUTOSAR including Crypto driver – security.
  • Prefer background in Security Software at the FW/Middleware.
  • Familiar with security sw application for automotive is a plus.
  • Deep system‑level automotive software expertise.
  • Proven debugging and architectural reasoning skills.
  • Comfortable operating across development and customer‑facing contexts.
  • Typically requires 8-10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with security sw application for automotive is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and develop product solutions using established programming languages, tools, and security baselines.
  • Enhance and maintain development and testing frameworks to ensure reusability, scalability, stability, and optimal performance.
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans; develop automated and manual test scripts to validate new features and improve existing products.
  • Conduct reviews in alignment with standards and perform analysis; troubleshoot and resolve product issues of moderate complexity.
  • Document technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, including specifications, design documents, code comments, test cases, test reports, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with other technical leads to develop unit test; ensure thorough documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
