About The Position

Working on next generation Blood analyzer devices that run embedded microprocessors and microcontrollers with different sensors and motors. Looking for an individual contributor who can work on microcontrollers running Linux operating system and BareMetal Firmware. Candidate should be able to prepare architecture and design for firmware/application for embedded products. Candidates should work independently for firmware/application development in client projects and lead technical discussions with customers. Should use in-depth knowledge and experience on Embedded firmware development to overcome the challenges faced by teams for smooth execution. Should be able to do testing and validate the deliverables in Lab.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of experience
  • Experience with microcontrollers running Linux operating system and BareMetal Firmware
  • Ability to prepare architecture and design for firmware/application for embedded products
  • Ability to work independently for firmware/application development in client projects
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with customers
  • In-depth knowledge and experience on Embedded firmware development
  • Ability to do testing and validate deliverables in Lab
  • Experience with board bring up activities
  • Ability to collaborate with offshore teams
  • Ability to review project deliverable artifacts like documents and source code
  • Knowledge of best practices and business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with teams

Responsibilities

  • Prepare architecture and design for firmware/application for embedded products
  • Work independently for firmware/application development in client project
  • Lead technical discussion within the team and with other groups associated with execution for client projects
  • Work on board bring up activities
  • Collaborate with offshore team for day-to-day activities
  • Review project deliverable artefacts like documents and source code
  • Use in-depth knowledge and experience to overcome the challenges faced by team for smooth execution
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Collaboratively work with and coordinate with teams
  • Testing and validation of the offshore deliverables in lab
  • Help resolving offshore team dependencies
