  • Diagnose production issues in distributed systems, including tracing requests across services and resolving dependency injection, retry, and dead-letter behavior.
  • Practice and promote Test-Driven Development, participate in sprint planning and code reviews, and adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Lead architectural discussions for mid-to-large systems and design modular, extensible, well-documented components.
  • Promote security, reliability, operational excellence, web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and user-centered design.
  • Model business problems in C# using appropriate domain types, abstractions, and object-oriented design.
  • Integrate with external services and SDKs, such as Azure Storage, Key Vault, Microsoft Graph, and third-party APIs.
  • Build and maintain reusable Razor/MVC components, layouts, and forms.
  • Develop site architecture and wireframes, and optimize SEO, functionality, and compatibility with major browsers.
  • Analyze, test, and troubleshoot website performance and coding issues, staying current with web technologies, browsers, and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and promote consistent coding practices and maintainability.
