About The Position

ProcDNA is a global life sciences consulting firm that uses design thinking and technology to create Commercial Analytics and Technology solutions for clients. The company has over 450 employees across 9 offices. The Senior Engagement Lead – Analytics will join the team and is expected to have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, in-depth knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, XPO, and a passion for using complex data to solve business challenges. This role will involve helping clients improve performance, manage risk, and develop data-driven strategies for measurable impact.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 6+ years in the U.S. market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with strong academic performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects for various stakeholders with a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and collaborative—able to clearly articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a creative and analytical environment.
• Experience in areas such as RWD/RWE Analytics, Claims Analytics, Healthcare Data Analytics, Patient Analytics, Patient Journey Analytics, Medical & Pharmacy Claims, Cohort Analysis, Longitudinal Patient Analytics, Treatment Pattern Analysis, Lines of Therapy (LOT), Adherence & Persistence, Payer Analytics, Provider/HCP Analytics, Market & Patient Sizing, Targeting, Segmentation, Referral Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced analytics tools using Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx, etc., to solve complex problems in healthcare and pharma.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering innovative, high impact solutions that unlock growth for clients and ProcDNA.
• Analyze complex datasets, implement statistical models, and design BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Guide team leads, streamline recurring tasks, and ensure smooth execution and capability development.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and ideate new offerings that enhance team and company growth beyond client work.
