Responsibilities

• Provides a wide variety of distribution engineering services and technical support encompassing service reliability, voltage levels, area capacity, and problem solving in the service area.
• Ensures adequate customer service by optimum, cost-effective design, and planning for system additions and modifications.
• Provides a direct interface with customers for engineering and power quality problems.
• Reviews and approves Distribution Design drawings, provide technical design estimates, and supports the technical discovery process.
