We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Employee Relations Analyst to join our team. This talented individual will support our various businesses, with a focus on complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations. The Sr. Employee Relations Analyst provides operational, analytical, and compliance support to the Employee Relations team. This role is responsible for case administration, reporting, policy management, and compliance tracking to help ensure consistent, effective, and compliant employee relations processes across the organization. This role will be based out of our Lisle, Illinois headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of progressive HR generalist experience
• OR
• Master’s degree
• OR
• At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience
• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Relations case management through the maintenance of accurate, confidential documentation, records, and case tracking
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations files, records, and case data.
• Develop and maintain Employee Relations dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Manage compliance calendars and track completion of key regulatory and policy requirements.
• Assist with the review, maintenance, and distribution of HR policies and procedures.
• Compile data, conduct research, and prepare reports to support Employee Relations initiatives and leadership decision-making.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to support employee relations processes and projects.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and other special projects as assigned
• Other projects as assigned
