About The Position

As a Senior Advanced Software Engineer in Honeywell Aerospace’s Next-Generation Avionics (NGA) group, you will contribute to the design, architecture, development, and deployment of avionics display system solutions. The NGA Flight Displays Platform team develops solutions to enhance pilots’ situational awareness and decision-making. You will work with engineers and designers on software for advanced flight display systems, including the Anthem™ Integrated Flight Deck, a cloud-connected, customizable cockpit platform designed to improve how pilots interact with flight information and aircraft systems. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, and may focus on low-level embedded software or higher-level embedded software, user applications, graphics, or displays. You will develop reliable, high-performance software that meets functional and performance requirements, contribute to software architecture and feature definition, and collaborate across teams to integrate software with existing avionics systems.
