This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. This role sits in Blue Origin Operations. The Vertical Integration Strategy and Execution team stands up new in-house manufacturing capability for critical hardware. You will build, integrate, and test complex electromechanical assemblies in a development manufacturing facility, spanning precision mechanical assembly, industrial electrical build, high-current terminations, panel build, and electrical acceptance test. These lines are new, so instructions and tooling are still changing and you will often be the first to run a job. As a senior technician, you will work with limited direction, take on the hardest hardware, hold the quality bar, and train the crew around you. Expect varied shifts or overtime as the schedule requires.
