Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience as a full-time Electrical Estimation for an Electrical Contractor
- Proficiency with electrical bids from $250K to $20M, in both Commercial and Industrial projects is a MUST
- High attention to detail is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Life Science, Pharmaceutical and other Healthcare projects including Labs/Clean Rooms, is a BIG PLUS
- Experience with Build/Design Assistance and Separating Estimates into Unit/Detailed Costs is a BIG PLUS
- Extensive experience creating bids utilizing software programs such as ConEst and Bluebeam as well as Microsoft Excel is a BIG PLUS
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a BIG PLUS but not required
