About The Position

A Sr. Electrical Engineer who can provide electrical engineering support across all aspects of products from advanced development to troubleshooting of issues in the field. You will perform detailed design of patient monitoring assemblies, as well as generating and managing component level requirements. Your role: Proven experience in full product development lifecycle, with strong expertise in RF communications and wireless system design. Hands-on schematic capture and leadership in mixed-signal PCB layout, including close technical collaboration with board vendors. Solid background in board-level analog design (op-amps, discrete components) and DSP signal processing. Experience with EMI/EMC design, engineering testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure robust, compliant products. Ability to develop lower-level requirements and confidently lead technical tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience (5+ with Master’s), preferably in medical devices or highly regulated industries.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Proven experience in full product development lifecycle, with strong expertise in RF communications and wireless system design.
