About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. EHS Coordinator to support and lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is responsible for the implementation, administration, training, and enforcement of plant-wide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.

The Sr. EHS Coordinator will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture by partnering closely with plant leadership, employees, contractors, and corporate teams. This position requires a hands-on professional who maintains a strong presence in the plant environment, proactively identifies risks, promotes compliance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

This position operates with minimal supervision and spends approximately 60% of the time in the plant environment. The role requires schedule flexibility, occasional travel, and the ability to respond effectively during emergency situations.
