This role is for an Ecommerce Product Manager to join their ecommerce team, focusing on delivering a world-class shopping experience for direct-to-consumer (DTC) customers and driving conversion across all channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or a relevant related field.
  • 5+ years of ecommerce experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable utilizing tools and sites such as ShopifyPlus and Asana.
  • Demonstrated strong ability to manage and develop relationships internally and with external partners to oversee and execute projects effectively to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Create and own the ecommerce product roadmap from discovery to launch, prioritizing and collaborating with stakeholders, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and update the Shopify store to support business initiatives such as merchandising, KPIs, promotions, new product launches, new markets, and 3rd party apps.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys using data and UX insights to identify opportunities for improvement across all devices.
  • Prioritize backlog of features, bugs, and A/B tests based on data, testing, business needs, customer insights, and competitive landscape monitoring.
  • Present roadmap to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams (NPD, marketing, growth, etc.) for input and collaboration.
  • Utilize customer service feedback to improve website usability.
  • Iterate and improve processes using agile methodology as the day-to-day project manager within the ecommerce team.
  • Work with the ecommerce team to build a robust A/B testing roadmap.
  • Support other ecomm channels including email, SMS, and paid media.
