UPMC Health Plan and WorkPartners is hiring a flexible full-time Senior EAP Specialist to support our external client, Marywood University. This role will be employed by UPMC but will work fully onsite at Marywood. Preference will be given to staff that have prior experience working with Marywood University. This flexible role will work full-time hours during the school year but will have limited hours during the summer break. Under the direction of LS Clinical Director and/or the Clinical Manager, the EAP Specialist is responsible for providing the clinical services for LifeSolutions, which provides confidential counseling and guidance to the employees or students of various organizations who are experiencing personal and/or job-related problems as well as all household members who seek services. The EAP Specialist consults with supervisory and management personnel in handling staff member performance problems and in determining appropriate actions. EAP specialists may develop and present training to employer groups as requested. EAP Specialists will be a conduit to a myriad of resources, including Health Coaching, awareness of website resources, and community and provider resources.
