Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior DoD Spectrum Analyst to support the development of Department of Defense positions, recommendations, and technical-regulatory assessments for National Telecommunications and Information Administration spectrum-allocation and management activities. The analyst will evaluate domestic and international spectrum proposals for their effects on DoD spectrum-dependent systems, military operations, satellite communications, tactical communications, radar, sensing, command and control, and other national security capabilities. The position will support DoD participation in federal and international spectrum processes, including the NTIA Interdepartment Radio Advisory Committee and its subcommittees, World Radiocommunication Conference preparation, ITU Radiocommunication Sector Study Groups and Working Parties, Conference Preparatory Meetings, regional telecommunications organizations, and U.S. interagency coordination. This is not a general policy-research position. The successful candidate must possess direct experience in federal spectrum management, spectrum regulatory analysis, spectrum allocation or sharing, spectrum-dependent DoD systems, or the development of U.S. positions for domestic and international radiofrequency proceedings.
