About The Position

As a Senior District Manager, you'll lead the overall success of your district by overseeing multiple service lines, developing frontline leaders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service across every community we serve. This role combines operational leadership, team development, and high-level client partnership, leading District Managers and Bulk Supervisors while staying closely connected to day-to-day field operations. We're looking for an experienced leader who can build accountability, coach strong teams, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role means balancing big-picture operational oversight with a willingness to step into the field and support the team when it matters most.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in field operations, logistics, property management, or a related industry.
  • Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site operations teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities across service lines and locations.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Comfortable using email, mobile apps, and operational software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience overseeing multiple operational service lines.
  • Familiarity with CRM, routing, or operations management software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support District Managers and Bulk Supervisors through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and development.
  • Set clear expectations, build accountability, and help create a strong operational culture across your district.
  • Step into field operations when needed to support coverage, launches, or operational challenges.
  • Oversee all service lines across your district, including Valet, Bulk Hauling, and Waste Leveling.
  • Ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule across all assigned communities.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor service quality, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Support new community launches, including staff onboarding and container distributions.
  • Build strong relationships with property managers through regular communication, site visits, and responsive follow-through.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve operational concerns proactively.
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and ensure incidents are reported promptly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain accurate customer, employee, and operational records within company systems.
  • Ensure reporting, documentation, and daily operational communication are completed accurately and on time.
